#4 Liverpool are “absolutely adamant” that Raheem Sterling will extend his contract at Anfield.
The Liverpool teenager, whose current deal with the reds expires in 2017, has been linked with moves to Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid in recent months following his impressive form.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is certain that the 19-year-old will opt to stay with the Merseyside club.
Rodgers asked if he is sure Sterling will stay at Liverpool, said: “Yes. Absolutely adamant.
“I don’t think there is anything other than that. His agent is a good agent and he understands this is the perfect place for him.
“The boy is remarkably happy here and there are no secondary thoughts about anything else other than continuing to play for Liverpool.”(TheSportReview)
